The Berjaya International University Urban Area Project is located in the Northwest Urban Area of Ho Chi Minh City. The project is developed by Vinhomes (through Berjaya International University Urban Development Joint Stock Company Vietnam), with a total investment of approximately VND 59 trillion (equivalent to around USD 2.3 billion).

The project is being implemented on a land area of approximately 880 hectares. It is planned as a multi-functional urban complex, including low-rise housing, high-rise apartments, educational facilities, commercial and service areas, and synchronized technical infrastructure.

The project is currently completing legal procedures and is expected to commence construction in July 2026. It is scheduled for phased completion and is anticipated to become operational in early 2035.
