The HH2 – Central Residence Project is located within Gamuda City, Yen So Ward, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi. The project is developed by Gamuda Land, with a total investment of over VND 4 trillion (USD 150 million).

The project is being implemented on a land area of approximately 3.65 hectares. It comprises three 40-storey towers with 3–4 basement levels, providing around 2,605 high-end apartments, with a total gross floor area of approximately 400,000 m².

The project broke ground on February 24, 2026, and is expected to be completed and handed over in 2028.
