The Viet Tri Legacy Lakeside Project is located on Anh Dung Street, Thanh Mieu Ward, Viet Tri City, Phu Tho Province, developed by Tasco Joint Stock Company as the investor.

The project is implemented on a land area of approximately 17.3 hectares, comprising 92 high-end detached villas with an average size of around 300 sqm per unit.

The project officially broke ground on March 1, 2026, and is expected to be completed by the end of 2027.
