The Northwest New Urban Area, Resort Tourism and Sports Services Project is located in Dien Bien Phu Ward and Thanh Nua Commune, Dien Bien Province, and is invested by Green City Development Joint Stock Company – a subsidiary of Vinhomes – with a total investment capital of approximately VND 23.66 trillion.

The Project is developed on a land area of more than 228.5 hectares, comprising approximately 2,812 low-rise residential units, including 1,836 townhouses and 975 villas, together with approximately 98,609 sqm of land designated for social housing development in the form of apartment buildings of up to 8 floors. The Project also integrates commercial and service facilities, healthcare and educational amenities, ecological spaces, and an 18-hole golf course covering approximately 86.9 hectares, aiming to establish a large-scale resort and sports ecosystem in the Northwest region of Vietnam.

The Project is expected to officially commence construction within the framework of the 2026 Dien Bien Province Investment Promotion Conference, scheduled to take place from May 10–11, 2026. According to the development plan, Phase 1 will be implemented from Q4/2026 to Q4/2028, while the entire Project is expected to be completed and put into operation in Q4/2030.
