The Bcons Bình An Đông Tây Project, developed by Bcons Group, is located on Thong Nhat Boulevard (also known as East–West Avenue), Dong Hoa Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province (now part of Ho Chi Minh City). The project carries a total investment of over VND 6,500 billion.

Developed on a land area of 3.2 hectares with a 37% construction density, the project features a twin-tower complex rising 36 to 39 floors, comprising residential apartments, commercial spaces, and office blocks. It is also planned to house the future headquarters of Bcons Group.

Upon completion, the development will deliver over 1,800 apartments along with 173,000 m² of commercial and office space.

The project officially broke ground on June 28, 2025 and is scheduled for handover by the end of 2028.
