An Zen Residences is the first “affordable housing” (Ehome segment) project in Northern Vietnam, developed by Nam Long ADC (a member of Nam Long Group). The project is located within PG An Dong Urban Area, An Hai Ward, An Duong District, Hai Phong City.

The development spans a land area of 1.5 hectares, with a construction density of 35%, comprising three residential towers of 18 floors each, offering a total of 887 apartments in diverse layouts. The project incorporates a wide range of internal amenities and is designed to align with green and sustainable living standards. The total gross floor area is approximately 82,753 m².

Launched on July 5, 2025, the towers have completed their foundation works and are scheduled for handover in 2027.
