Groundbreaking Ceremony – A&K Tower Luxury Apartment Project (AK Tower An Phú)

The A&K Tower luxury apartment project, developed by OBC Thuận An Joint Stock Company (a subsidiary of OBC Holdings), is located on An Phú 17 Street, An Phú Ward, Thuận An City (now Ho Chi Minh City), with a total investment capital of VND 2,000 billion.

The project is being developed on a land plot of 10,141 m², with a 46% construction density, comprising two 30-story towers that will deliver 1,155 apartments. Its design emphasizes modernity, optimizing natural light and ventilation, while integrating diverse architectural inspirations such as Modern, Wabi Sabi, and Parisian Chic, alongside a full range of 5-star amenities.

The A&K Tower project by OBC Holdings officially commenced with the construction of the basements, site office, and model house on September 7, 2025, and is scheduled for completion in Q4 2027.
