The Cargo Terminal No. 1 and Auxiliary Facilities Project is Package 7.8 under Component Project 3 – Essential Facilities of Long Thanh International Airport, Phase I, with Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) as the investor. The package has a contract value of approximately VND 3,400 billion.

The project involves the construction of the main structure of Cargo Terminal No. 1 along with external infrastructure and supporting systems surrounding the terminal. The development covers a total floor area of 8.4 hectares, with a building height of 30 meters, and is designed to handle a throughput capacity of around 550,000 tons of cargo per year for Cargo Terminal No. 1.

The project is expected to be completed within 11 months of construction.
