The largest automated parcel sorting center in Southeast Asia by SPX Express is located in Yen My Industrial Park, Hung Yen Province, and is jointly developed by SPX Express (Shopee), Frasers Property Vietnam, and Gelex.

The project covers a land area of 170,000 m², aiming to enhance productivity and logistics efficiency, support the growth of e-commerce, and provide faster delivery services. It will serve as a “strategic logistics hub” in Northern Vietnam, with a maximum processing capacity of up to 7 million parcels per day.

Construction commenced in Q3/2025 and completion is expected by Q4/2027
