The Picity SkyZen Project is the most premium subdivision within the Picity Sky Park development, located at 15/9 Binh Duong 2 Quarter, An Binh Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province (now part of Ho Chi Minh City). The project is developed by Pi Group through its subsidiary, Kim Son Investment Hotel Joint Stock Company.

Picity SkyZen is built on a land area of 3,353 m² with a construction density of 39%. It features a single 38-story tower, offering approximately 650 units, including apartments, shophouses, and officetels.

The Picity Sky Park development also comprises three towers: Towers P1 and P3 with 40 stories each, and Tower P2 with 20–21 stories, delivering around 1,568 units including apartments, officetels, and shophouses. The handover is expected by the end of 2026.

The Picity SkyZen subdivision is currently under foundation construction and is expected to be handed over in 2027.
