The Golden Point Residences social housing project, part of the Golden Point Integrated Urban Area, is located on Bui Vien Street, Dong Hoa Ward, Kien An District, Hai Phong City. The project is developed by Van Phuc Dien Investment & Development Joint Stock Company.

Golden Point Residences is built on a land area of 2,948 m², with a low construction density. The development consists of one 13-storey residential tower offering 519 apartments and 206 terraced houses (4 floors each). The urban complex features a comprehensive system of amenities, including schools, hospitals, parks, retail shops, and recreational areas, providing residents with a convenient and modern lifestyle. The project aspires to become a new symbol of sustainable living in southern Hai Phong.

The project was officially launched in September 2025 and is expected to be handed over in Q1/2027.
