The An Bình Homeland project is located within the Geleximco – Lê Trọng Tấn Urban Area, Dương Nội Ward, Hà Đông District, Hanoi, and is developed by An Bình Star Joint Stock Company – a member of Geleximco Group.

The development covers a land area of 18,702 m² with a construction density of 45%. It features four premium residential towers, each rising 25 floors above ground, with 2 podium levels and 2 basement levels, offering a total of 1,350 apartments.

Construction commenced in September 2025, with completion and handover expected in Q4/2027.
