The Southeast Oasis City New Urban Area is located in Việt Trì Ward and Thanh Miếu Ward, Việt Trì City, Phú Thọ Province. The project is jointly developed by Tự Lập Construction Co., Ltd. and Sông Hồng Thủ Đô Group JSC, with a total investment of more than VND 4,600 billion.

The development covers an area of approximately 64 hectares, comprising:

• 947 residential plots, including 407 terraced houses and 140 semi-finished villas, along with about 400 land plots allocated for residents to build their own homes.
• Functional subdivisions for commercial and service facilities, green parks, schools, and other community amenities.
• A social housing component, scheduled to commence construction in Q1/2026, dedicated to officials, employees, and workers.

The project officially broke ground on September 25, 2025, with the expected completion timeline yet to be announced.
