The Nam A Bank Tower is located at No. 02, Hanoi Street, Thuan Hoa Ward, Hue City, and is developed by Nam A Bank.

The project features 9 above-ground floors and 2 basements, with a total gross floor area of over 9,000 m². The development is designed to achieve the international EDGE green certification, aligning with ESG (Environmental – Social – Governance) standards. Its architectural design harmonizes the cultural identity of Hue’s imperial heritage with modern elements, aiming to create a distinctive “green” landmark in the heart of the city.

The groundbreaking ceremony was held on September 27, 2025, and completion is expected in Q1/2027.
