The Hồ Tùng Mậu Complex Building is a mixed-use development comprising service, commercial, office, and hotel spaces. It is located at Km 9, Hồ Tùng Mậu Street, Mai Dịch Ward, Cầu Giấy District, Hanoi. The project is jointly developed by Từ Liêm Production – Service – Import Export Joint Stock Company and Central Capital Investment Co., Ltd., with a total investment of approximately VND 2,000 billion.

The development covers a land area of 6,291 square meters, featuring 35 floors above ground and 4 basement levels. It will offer 364 six-star hotel rooms, 19,000 square meters of modern office space, and over 12,000 square meters of retail and service areas — with a total gross floor area of 106,000 square meters.

Once completed, Hồ Tùng Mậu Complex Building is expected to become a new architectural landmark in Hanoi’s western district. The project’s construction contract was awarded on September 30, 2025, and groundbreaking is anticipated to take place soon.
