Groundbreaking of the Ho Chi Minh City Children’s Cultural Center Project

The Ho Chi Minh City Children’s Cultural Center project is located on Land Lot No. 5-2, within Functional Area No. 5 of the Thu Thiem New Urban Area, Thu Thiem Ward, Thu Duc City. The project is invested by the Management Board for Investment and Construction of Civil and Industrial Works of Ho Chi Minh City, with a total investment capital of approximately VND 1,124 billion.

The project covers a land area of 10,355 square meters, consisting of 10 above-ground floors and 1 basement, with a total gross floor area of 36,650 square meters.
A key highlight of the complex is an open-air theater combined with a water plaza accommodating 1,207 seats, along with a multi-purpose sports hall with over 1,000 seats, a 300-seat auditorium, cinema, library, sports facilities, performance stages, and swimming pool. The building also includes spaces for extracurricular activities such as martial arts, chess, foreign languages, and applied arts.

The project officially broke ground on October 10, 2025, and is expected to be completed by December 2028.
