The Le Hong Phong Training School for Cadres Project, located in Phu Luong Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi, is developed by the Hanoi Civil Construction Investment Project Management Board with a total investment of approximately VND 980 billion.

The project covers an area of 42,175 square meters and will serve as a center for training and fostering leadership, management, and political theory research for the Party and the City of Hanoi. The complex includes buildings ranging from 2 to 14 stories, comprising a ceremonial hall and reception area, academic blocks, auditorium, library, dormitories, canteen, sports hall, landscaped areas, and modern facilities.

Once completed, the project will become a leading center for leadership and management training as well as political theory research, befitting the stature of the capital city.

Construction officially commenced on October 7, 2025, and completion is expected in 2027.
