The Social Housing Complex on Go Hung Street, Hamlet 2, My Hanh Commune (also known as Phuong Mai Social Housing / The Ori Phuong Mai) is developed by Phuong Mai Long An Joint Stock Company.

The project covers an area of 1.8 hectares, comprising three 27-storey towers and one basement level, providing a total of 1,646 apartments, including both social housing units and commercial apartments. The total construction floor area is 140,856 square meters.

Construction officially commenced on October 7, 2025, and completion is expected in the third quarter of 2027.
