The Bien Que Huong Tourism Complex, located in the Tan Thanh coastal area of Lam Dong Province (formerly part of the Binh Thuan coastal zone), is developed by Bien Que Huong Co., Ltd. – Phan Thiet with a total investment of approximately VND 3,000 billion.

The resort spans 12.5 hectares, comprising 96 resort villas, 600 condotel units, and 30 shophouses. Designed under the “Home Resort” concept, the project integrates accommodation, wellness services, and local cultural experiences. Notably, 96 resort villas and 30 shophouses have been operational since June 2025.

The Costamigo Coastal Tourist Apartment component includes 600 tourist apartments developed on a 12,190.48 m² site, featuring 12 above-ground floors and 1 basement, with a total gross floor area of 59,603 m². Construction officially commenced on October 10, 2025, and completion is expected by Q2 2028.
