The My Xuan B1 Social Housing Project, commercially known as CONAC Garden, is located in Phu My Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The project is developed by IDICO – CONAC Petroleum Construction Investment Joint Stock Company (IDICO-CONAC), with a total investment of VND 850 billion.

The development covers a land area of 34,260 m², comprising three 15-story apartment blocks providing approximately 1,200 residential units, along with 34 four-story commercial townhouses (plus one rooftop level).

The project’s investment policy was officially approved on October 9, 2025, and construction is expected to commence in the near future.
