The Nam Cau Phu Urban, Commercial Service and Eco-Villa Complex is located in Thach Binh and Cam Binh Communes, Ha Tinh City, Ha Tinh Province, and developed by T&T Group Joint Stock Company with a total investment of nearly VND 4,000 billion.

The project covers an area of approximately 49.91 hectares, featuring a diverse mix of components including townhouses, riverside villas, commercial shophouses, high-rise apartments, social housing, a commercial–service–entertainment–hotel complex, kindergarten, cultural house, technical infrastructure, transportation systems, and landscaped areas.

Construction officially commenced on October 10, 2025, and is expected to be completed within 30 months.
