Narra Residences (MU8) is a luxury residential subdivision within the Empire City development, located at Function Area 2B, 5 Mai Chi Tho Street, Thu Thiem Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City. The project is developed by Empire City LLC, a joint venture between Keppel Land, Gaw Capital Partners, Tran Thai, and Tien Phuoc.

Occupying a land area of 7,685 square meters, the development comprises two 29-storey towers with approximately 278 premium apartments. The architectural design draws inspiration from European modernism, harmoniously blended with natural elements, creating an elegant and refined living environment.

The project was granted a construction permit in October 2025 and is now preparing for commencement of construction.
