The An Khanh Main Data Center Project – Phase 1 is located in An Khanh Commune, Hanoi City, and is developed by the Viettel Asset Management Company – a branch of Viettel Group (Viettel), with a total investment of approximately VND 3,487 billion.

The project is being developed on a land area of 19,229 square meters, with a Phase 1 capacity of around 30 MW and a total gross floor area of about 20,000 square meters.

Construction officially commenced in late October 2025, and Phase 1 is expected to be operational in Q2/2026.
