The Son Phuc Lumera City Project is located in Hong Phong Commune, An Duong District, Hai Phong City, developed by Son Phuc Group as the Investor, with a total investment of over VND 1,230 billion.

The project covers a land area of more than 12.7 hectares, comprising 73 shophouses, 329 townhouses, a 5-storey social housing block with a total construction floor area of approximately 5,247 m², and a commercial–service complex of about 2,832 m².

The project broke ground on November 9, 2025, and is expected to be completed in Q1 2029.
