The Amy Complex project is located on 22 Tháng 12 Street, Thuận Giao Ward, Thuận An City, Bình Dương Province (now part of Ho Chi Minh City). Developed by Hoàng Trúc My Co., Ltd., the project covers a land area of 1.2 hectares with a construction density of 36%. It comprises two 38-storey residential towers with three basement levels, offering a total of 1,056 premium apartments and shophouses.

The design emphasizes harmony with nature, featuring abundant greenery and a Sky Park plaza with a 360° panoramic view towards Landmark 81.

The project is currently in the foundation and basement construction phase and is expected to be completed by Q4/2027 or early 2028.
