The An Phu Social Housing Apartment Complex is located in Quang Phu Ward, Da Nang City, and is developed by Quang Nam Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of approximately VND 590 billion.

The project is implemented on a land area of 20,000 m², comprising four 9-storey apartment blocks (A1, A2, B1, B2) with a total gross floor area of over 51,000 m², providing 700 housing units.

The development will be carried out in two phases:

1. Phase 1 (Q3/2025 – Q2/2027): Completion of investment procedures and construction of Blocks A1 and A2, along with technical infrastructure.
2. Phase 2 (Q3/2027 – Q4/2028): Construction of Blocks B1 and B2; full handover of the project.
