The TT GENESIS Project is located in the Dao Su Tich – Phuoc Kien Residential Area, Nha Be Commune, Ho Chi Minh City, and is being developed by a consortium comprising TT Capital, Cosmos Initia, Hinokiya Group, Koterasu Partners (Japan), and Vietmax Capital (Singapore), with a total investment of more than VND 2 trillion (approximately USD 77 million).

The project is being developed on a site area of approximately 1.9 hectares, comprising two 30-story residential towers and 12 detached townhouse units, providing more than 1,400 residential products. The development is designed in accordance with international standards, emphasizing green living spaces, optimized natural lighting and ventilation, while integrating a comprehensive range of amenities to meet the residential needs of a modern community.

The TT GENESIS Project was officially announced and the cooperation agreement was signed on June 4, 2026, and the project is expected to commence construction later in 2026.
