The Medical Complex – Elderly Healthcare and Care – Hanoi Medical University Project is located in Hoang Mai Ward, Hanoi, with a preliminary total investment of approximately VND 14.229 trillion (approximately USD 554 million).

The project will be developed on a land area of approximately 92,600 m², following an integrated model combining healthcare, education, research, and elderly healthcare and care facilities. The project will include the Hanoi Medical University Hospital with a capacity of 1,600 beds, educational facilities of Hanoi Medical University, research and practical training facilities, student accommodation, as well as an elderly care apartment complex with approximately 720 units, accommodating around 1,680 residents. The project will also integrate nursing care, rehabilitation, long-term care, and medical services.

The Hanoi People’s Council approved the investment policy for the project on August 10, 2026, with the elderly care apartment complex expected to be completed in Q4 2029.
