The Ca Na Industrial Park – Phase 1 is located in Phuoc Diem Commune, Thuan Nam District, Ninh Thuan Province (within the planned Ca Na Industrial Park area of approximately 827 hectares, now under Khanh Hoa Province). The project is invested by Trung Nam Ca Na Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment JSC, a member of Trung Nam Group, with a total investment capital of approximately VND 3,876 billion for Phase 1.

Phase 1 of the Ca Na Industrial Park covers an area of 378 hectares and is planned as a multi-sector integrated industrial park, prioritizing high-tech industries, high value-added sectors, supporting industries, and environmentally friendly production.

The project is expected to commence construction in December 2025 and be completed within approximately 36 months, with operations scheduled between June and December 2028.
