The 16 Bach Dang Mixed-Use Commercial, Office, Hotel, and Luxury Serviced Apartment Development is located at 16 Bach Dang Street, Hai Chau Ward, Da Nang City, and is being developed by Phuc Tin Services Joint Stock Company with a total investment of approximately VND 1 trillion.

The project is being developed on a site area of 1,795 square meters, with a building footprint of approximately 1,436 square meters. The development consists of 25 above-ground floors and is designed as a multifunctional complex incorporating commercial and service spaces, office facilities, a hotel, and luxury serviced apartments, with a total gross floor area of approximately 21,540 square meters.

Construction activities for the initial project components commenced in Q2 2026, and the project completion date has not yet been publicly announced.
