The Long Duc 3 Industrial Park Project is located in Binh An Commune and Long Thanh Commune, Dong Nai Province, and is developed by Long Duc 3 Industrial Park Joint Stock Company (a member of the Sojitz Group – Japan), with a total investment of approximately VND 1,800 billion (around USD 68 million).

The project is implemented on a land area of approximately 244 hectares, featuring a modern and integrated industrial park designed to support manufacturing and logistics, with a focus on attracting high-tech industries, supporting industries, and environmentally friendly sectors.

Construction officially commenced on April 23, 2026, and the project is expected to be developed in phases and put into operation from 2027 onwards.
