The Phu Xuan Industrial Park Project is located in Cuor Dang Commune, Dak Lak Province, and is developed by DPV Dak Lak Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of approximately VND 2,477 billion (USD 95 million).

The project is implemented on a land area of over 313 hectares, featuring a multi-sector industrial park developed in three phases. Phase 1 has a total investment of more than VND 800 billion, aiming to establish a new industrial development hub and a competitive industrial ecosystem for the Central Highlands region.

Construction officially commenced on April 24, 2026, and Phase 1 is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2026.
