The Quang Ninh 1 Wind Power Plant Project is located in Cai Area, Hoanh Bo Ward, Quang Ninh Province, and is developed by a consortium of Cuong Thinh Thi Investment Construction Group Joint Stock Company and Ea Sup 5 Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of approximately VND 7,290 billion (USD 275 million).

The project is developed with a total capacity of 200 MW, comprising 32 wind turbines, a 220 kV substation, and an integrated transmission line system, supplying approximately 600 million kWh of electricity per year.

Construction officially commenced on April 23, 2026, and the project is expected to be completed and put into operation in 2028.
