The Landmark 35 Project is located on Tran Hung Dao Street, Hong Gai Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province, developed by a joint venture between IGG Ha Long Joint Stock Company and Global Invest Financial Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company.

The project is being developed on a land area of 10,038 sqm, comprising two towers of 35 floors above ground and 2 basement levels, providing 621 commercial apartment units.

The project commenced on March 14, 2026, and is expected to be completed in the 2028–2029 period.
