The Phuc Dien Industrial Park – Hai Phong project is located in Ke Sat Commune, Hai Phong City, and is developed by KCN Vietnam Joint Stock Company.

The project is being implemented on a site area of approximately 18.7 hectares, with a development orientation as an industrial park featuring ready-built factories and warehouses (RBF, RBW), providing over 116,000 sqm of factory and logistics space.

The project commenced on March 5, 2026, and is expected to be completed in 2027.
