The Swiss Eden Hot Spring Resort Project is located in Thanh Thuy Commune, Phu Tho Province, invested by AMDI Group Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of over VND 1,000 billion (approximately USD 41–42 million).

The project is developed on a site area of approximately over 15 hectares, comprising an integrated resort – commercial – tourism complex, providing 72 island villas, 100 commercial shophouses, 225 townhouses, a hotel and resort service complex, as well as a hot spring and wellness area.

The project was commenced on March 22, 2026, and is expected to be completed in phases (timeline to be confirmed).
