The commercial housing project at Vu Yen Island is located in Thuy Nguyen Ward, Hai Phong City, and is developed by Vingroup as the investor.

The project is implemented on a land area of 47.2 hectares, including approximately 21.5 hectares of residential land and 25.7 hectares of technical infrastructure, green spaces, and internal roads. The project is expected to develop low-rise commercial housing products (terraced houses, villas, and shophouses), providing a supply of high-end residential properties.

The project completed land allocation procedures on April 9, 2026, and is expected to be completed in accordance with the investor’s development progress and the urban development plan of Vu Yen Island area.
