The Hoang Dieu Industrial Park Project is located in Gia Phuc Commune, Hai Phong City, and is developed by Hoang Dieu Industrial Park Infrastructure Development JSC (a member of Hoa Phat Group) with a total investment of approximately VND 3.4 trillion (equivalent to USD 131 million).

The project is being developed on a site area of approximately 245 hectares and is planned as a next-generation industrial park, providing industrial infrastructure, ready-built factories, warehouses, office space for lease, and supporting facilities. The project prioritizes attracting investors in high-tech manufacturing, supporting industries, and logistics, while also providing accommodation facilities for workers, employees, and experts.

The project officially commenced construction on May 14, 2026, and is expected to complete Phase 1 infrastructure works and hand over land plots to the first investors from Q4 2026.
