The Mixed-Use Residential, Commercial and High-Rise Housing Project II – HH11 is located in Subdivision 2, Tan Tien Ward, Bac Giang, developed by MIK Group, with a total investment of approximately VND 2,965 billion (around USD 120–125 million).

The project is being developed on a land area of approximately 5.84 hectares, comprising 5 towers (including one 5-star hotel, one serviced apartment tower, and three high-end residential towers), along with a low-rise commercial housing area (shophouses). It is planned as a multi-functional complex integrating residential, commercial, service, and hospitality components.

The project commenced on March 14, 2026, and the completion timeline has not yet been announced.
