The Vlasta Premier – Phú Hội Project is located at the intersection of Tran Cao Van Street and Nguyen Tri Phuong Street, Thuan Hoa Ward, Hue City. The project is developed by Van Phu Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company, with Union Success Vietnam Co., Ltd. as the Investor, with a total investment of approximately VND 1,192 billion (USD 45–47 million).

The project is implemented on a land area of approximately 17,213.6 m², comprising 2 apartment blocks and 7 rows of terraced houses, providing around 482 condominium units and 55 townhouses.

The project was officially commenced on March 29, 2026. The expected completion date has not yet been announced.
