The AEON MALL Hoa Xuan Commercial Center Project is located on an urban public service land plot within the Hoa Xuan Sports, Entertainment and Commercial Complex, Hoa Xuan Ward, Cam Le District, Da Nang, and is jointly developed by AEONMALL Vietnam and BIM Group with a total investment capital of approximately VND 4.381 trillion (USD 192.5 million).

The Project is developed on a land area of approximately 101,800 sqm, comprising 01 commercial center block, including 05 above-ground floors and 01 basement level, with a total gross floor area of approximately 126,740 sqm. The Project is planned as a modern integrated complex featuring shopping, entertainment, services, and community connection spaces for the southern area of Da Nang City.

The Project officially signed the cooperation agreement on May 11, 2026, while the official implementation timeline has not yet been announced.
