The Detech Headquarters – Office Complex (Detech Complex) is developed on a land area of 5,300 m², located at Lot D14, Cau Giay New Urban Area, with Detech Technology Development Support JSC as the investor.

The project consists of two towers with 4 basement levels: one 32-storey tower and one 30-storey tower, connected by a 10-storey podium, with a total construction floor area of approximately 91,600 m², providing:

• 34,000 m² of Grade A office space
• 138 serviced apartments (4-star standard)

Its design is inspired by modern European architecture blended with the natural beauty of Vietnam — particularly the Son Doong Cave — and follows LEED Gold certification standards.

The project commenced on August 21, 2025 and is expected to be completed within three years.
