The Thanh Phu Centre Point Project is located in Thanh Phu Commune, Ben Luc District, Long An Province, developed by BIM Land (a member of BIM Group) with a total investment of approximately VND 10,600 billion (around USD 420 million) for Phase 1 (85 hectares).

The project is implemented on a total land area of approximately 200 hectares, comprising low-rise residential areas, high-rise apartment complexes, and commercial–service facilities, providing around 12,000 real estate products, including townhouses, shophouses, villas, and apartments.

Phase 1 of the project is expected to commence in 2026 and will be completed in accordance with the project’s phased development schedule.
