Flamingo Maison 108 is located at Nui Coc Lake, Phuc Xuan Commune, Thai Nguyen City, Thai Nguyen Province, and is developed by Flamingo Holdings Group.

The project covers a land area of 61 hectares, featuring 108 luxury resort villas designed under the “Walless Resort” concept — a lifestyle that harmoniously blends with nature. It includes a range of premium amenities such as:

• The Flamingo Yacht Club, in collaboration with Tam Son Yachting, a member of the Openasia Group;
• Three themed islands, each with distinctive experiences: The Sun – focused on ecological exploration and connection, highlighted by the Tea Gallery; The Moon – dedicated to contemporary art, featuring a sculpture garden and The Eclipse – focused on rejuvenation and wellness, anchored by the Maison Wellness Center, operated by Wheway Lifestyle International (UK).

The project was officially launched on October 14, 2025, and construction is expected to begin soon.
