The four projects—Dinh Hoa Zone 3 Social Welfare Housing (Phase 1), Dinh Hoa Zone 4 Social Welfare Housing, Viet Sing Zone 2 Social Housing, and Viet Sing Zone 7 Social Housing—are located in Chanh Hiep Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and are developed by Becamex Group.

The projects are being developed on sites within the Dinh Hoa and Viet Sing areas, comprising a total of 15 residential towers ranging from 20 to 22 storeys, providing 6,229 social housing apartments. Of these, approximately 1,000 units will be developed under a rental housing model. The projects include:

• Dinh Hoa Zone 3 (Phase 1): 3 residential towers, 20 storeys, comprising 1,178 apartments.
• Dinh Hoa Zone 4: 8 residential towers, 20 storeys, comprising 3,190 apartments.
• Viet Sing Zone 2: 2 residential towers, 22 storeys, comprising 923 apartments.
• Viet Sing Zone 7: 2 residential towers, 22 storeys, comprising 938 apartments.

Construction of all four projects officially commenced on 26 June 2026. The project completion schedule has not yet been announced by the developer.
