The Hapaco Tissue Paper Factory project is being constructed in Hai Phong City, invested by Hai Phong Paper Joint Stock Company (HAPACO).

The project aims to enhance the production capacity of high-quality tissue paper and meet the growing demand in both domestic and international markets. The total production capacity is 68,000 tons per year, including 50,000 tons of tissue paper and 18,000 tons of kraft paper. The project officially broke ground on November 13, 2025, and is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.
