The Khanh Hoa Social Housing Project is located in Dong Hoa Lu Ward, Ninh Binh Province, and is jointly developed by Thuan Thang Real Estate Services Investment and Development Joint Stock Company and Ninh Binh Agricultural Products and Food Processing Export Joint Stock Company as the Investors.

The project is being developed on a site area of approximately 16,672 m² and comprises four 26-storey residential towers (CT1, CT2, CT3, and CT4), providing approximately 1,344 social housing apartments.

The project officially commenced construction on 27 May 2026 and is expected to be completed and put into operation in the fourth quarter of 2030.
