The Nam Trang Cat Industrial Park Project is located within the Dinh Vu – Cat Hai Economic Zone, in Hai An Ward, Hai Phong City, and is developed by Vinhomes Industrial Park Investment Joint Stock Company with a total investment of approximately VND 2,252 billion (~USD 85M).

The project is being developed on a site area of approximately 200.39 hectares, following the model of a modern high-tech and logistics industrial park. The industrial park is expected to attract industries including electronics manufacturing, high-tech industries, supporting industries, electrical equipment, telecommunications, and automotive components.

The project officially broke ground on May 14, 2026 and is expected to be completed by Q3/2028.
