The Phase 3 MOONS’ Industries Project is located at VSIP Hai Phong Industrial Park, Thuy Nguyen Ward, Hai Phong City, and is developed by MOONS’ Industries (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. with a total investment of approximately USD 65 million.

The project is being developed on a site of more than 6.8 hectares and comprises a four-storey manufacturing facility, a five-storey Research & Development (R&D) building, an Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) warehouse, and supporting infrastructure. The facility will focus on the production of high power-density brushless motors, mechatronic modules, drive systems, robotic components, and thermal management solutions for AI data centers, with a total gross floor area of approximately 112,421 square metres.

The project broke ground on 8 June 2026 and is scheduled for completion and commencement of operations in early 2027.
