The project is implemented on a land area of over 14,000 m², comprising 2 buildings of 25 above-ground floors and 3 basement levels, providing nearly 900 high-end apartments, with a total gross floor area of approximately 134,000 m².

The project is scheduled to break ground on March 2, 2026, and the completion timeline has not yet been announced.
